The McStraw Method, was founded by Dom McStraw after his own journey from ill health to recovery in his early 40's at the height of his management consulting career.


After many a failed attempt to regain his lost athleticism and strength and a plummet in his mental resilience, he found 3 simple principles on which he developed his system, The Protocol. It is challenging, physically & mentally, but it's intentionally so. Scalable for everyone, it's primary driver is facts over hacks.
