12-Months access to every workout from The Protocol vault and each new workout. Each workout cycles through the 6 key formats of the program including Strength, Power, Endurance, Conditioning, Bodyweight & Foundational.


Each workout comprises of;


  • Pre workout mobility drills using foam rollers and trigger ball techniques.
  • The workout run sheet, including gym and at home options. The workout is designed around a working duration of 24:00 to 30:00 minutes of solid effort.
  • Advice & tips about how to attack the workout and any specific guidance needed to ensure your remain injury free throughout your participation.
  • A post workout mobility routine to improve your overall recovery from the work undertaken.
  • A workout video recap (5:00 - 10:00 in duration) explaining the session, the movements and the regression or progressions available for all participation levels.

Additional accountability coaching is available from me directly via Zoom or an alternate suitable forum. This is an add on and available with this and all coaching products via The McStraw Method.
