Whether you're a beginner or looking to get back into the saddle, our 5-week starter program is the place to start.


Starting out with 3 x 30-minute sessions in week 1, you will start with our bodyweight fundamental workouts. With each week we increase the number of sessions and introduce other elements from our core program, The Protocol, with hydration, sleep, food is fuel and mentalisation.
