The 30-day protocol P30D is not just a fitness program. It's designed to take the individual on a mental and physical change by committing to a singular program every day for the 30-days. Miss one item on any day and the protocol resets back to day 1.


Many clients have used the protocol before deciding they are ready for our VIP coaching program which, just like the protocol, is Every Damn Day. Some of these clients have restarted the protocol several times until it's firmly embedded into their daily routine.


Each attribute of the protocol comprises of something for a duration of 30 or 3. Hey easy right? There are a handful of non-negotiable's too.


So are you ready for the protocol?


This version contains one of our workouts for each of the 30-days along with access to a weekly check-in questionnaire and a periodical questionnaire on how your relationship with food and goal setting changes over the 30-days.


Each workout provides you with the following;


  • The workout run sheet outlining the movements, the training protocol (i.e. sets & reps intervals, AMRAP, EMOM, etc).
  • A 10:00 min mobility warm up for you to do ‘before’ your timer starts.
  • High level tips to complete the workout and for those at home, without access to gym equipment, some alternative bodyweight exercises or at home tools you can use.
  • An 8:00 daily stretch routine to end the session or something you can do at night before bed to aid in your recovery for the following day.
  • For most workouts, we’ve shot an informal recap of the workout video for you to view before commencement.
