In 2021 we added an at home variation using sandbags and a ruck for every workout. Lockdown or not, gym access or DIY at home, we've got your covered.
Ideal for those wanting to train 3 - 4 times a week and push themselves in the athletic and strength departments.
The workouts include;

- Performance sessions blending bodyweight and minimal equipment designed to test your physicality and mental resilience.

- Your introduction to our ‘10:00-minutes of truth’ test workout that will have you questioning why!
- An optional component is our simple 12-week mini program with daily step , sleep and hydration targets.
